We'll start with the role your social media accounts will play in pursuit of your overall business goals, and what marketing strategies might benefit you.
After this conversation a Proposal outlining the workload, timeline, and payments will be sent prior to any potential access is granted or collaboration begins.
DESIGN
Once the Proposal is approved and initial payment is made, design can begin!
Using our agreed upon methods we can collaborate on content creation (or not if you want a hands off approach!). Regular check-ins along with pre-approved direction of content allow for a streamlined process where your ideas can find their home.
During this process we will also identify your Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which can be monitored to evaluate the success of the new efforts and content.
DELIVERY
All Content is delivered/scheduled depending on agreed upon arrangements. KPI are re-checked and long-term engagement can begin.

All content created for you is considered YOUR intellectual property as soon as payment is received. This means you own the content before the final release making sure you can have ownership while we finish the final touchups. In this way you can secure your exclusive rights, and Star Bear can secure payment.
Of course we can! Before any physical designs are made there is a thorough planning stage where we can incorporate your ideas.
It’s always important to include you own voice in social media, and by collaborating we ensure you are able to speak directly and with direction!
Overall design ideas are discussed prior to work starting as part of the ‘Direction Phase’, so edits are limited to finessing content and 3 edits per design.
This way we can focus more on the design before it starts and minimize the revisions, saving everyone time.
Individual timelines vary depending on project complexity, naturally. All timelines will be discussed with you along side any arrangements which are needed prior to any payments.
Generally speaking there is a 2 week delivery window.
Invoices for social media content creation are sent 3 business prior to expected completion date to ensure products can be delivered on time.
Due to the nature of social media content, all content creation services are billed up front and content will not be delivered until payment is received in full.
Content creation services are also non-refundable.
Account Management Services are billed in pre-approved installments (based on time/effort outlined in custom proposals), and refunds depend on the terms under which the agreement was terminated. Generally, a refund for management services must be requested before the agreed upon work is completed.
