Notice of Impersonation

Star Bear Atelier, LLC has identified an unauthorized party actively impersonating our business through fraudulent communications and a counterfeit online presence. This notice is issued to protect the public and to formally document the impersonation for legal purposes.

The impersonator is operating under the following fraudulent contact information:

Star Bear Atelier, LLC has no affiliation whatsoever with the above website, email address, or phone number.

Intellectual Property Violations

The impersonator is unlawfully reproducing our logo, website content, and proprietary business information without authorization. This conduct is in direct violation of our Terms of Service, which have been publicly available since October 10, 2024, at:

Our Terms of Service explicitly state:

“Website materials may not be copied for any reason, including personal use, commercial use, or distribution, nor may these materials be modified or reposted to other sites, without the prior express written permission of Company. We may prosecute You to the fullest extent permissible should We choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing You to stop using Our intellectual property immediately.”

• Do not respond to the impersonator or provide any personal or financial information.
• Do not click any links or download any attachments from the impersonator.
• If you have already engaged with or sent payment to the impersonator, document all communications and contact your financial institution immediately.
